The workshop will be held in hybrid format, with opportunities for presenters and the audience to attend virtually or in person in Graz. If you want to participate online, please let us know by 11 September 2022. The link to the online access will be sent out to all registered participants in advance by mail.
Abstracts:
Please send an abstract of your lecture by 11 September by e-mail at didip@uni-graz.at. If you are planning to give a presentation in a language other than English, we would like to ask you to provide a longer abstract of your presentation of about half a page in English.
Long Papers:
We have reserved 20 minutes for you long paper and plan with a discussion time of 10 minutes directly after your presentation. You will have a Windows-computer with internet access and Microsoft Office installed. Please make sure before your presentation that your presentation can be projected from this computer. Please use your own computer only, if you have made sure that it works for the online participants as well.
Short Papers:
In the short paper session you will have 10 mins for your presentation followed by a brief discussion. The main discussion time is planned for the end of the session.
Posters:
The Postersession will start with a brief presentation of your poster. This presentation should not exceed 2 minutes and is only to highlight your main subject drawing attention to the poster. Please send us one slide in advance that we will project during your presentation.
You will then be available at your poster to discuss it with interested people.
A poster should allow someone to decide, whether they are interested to follow a discussion from 3 meters away whithin 3 seconds.
Your poster should be approximately 84 cm in width and 119 cm in height (A0). A visually appealing design is prefered. Please be aware, that all text on the poster should be readalbe by readers in 1m distance. We offer a printing service at our university at a moderate price. If you want to make use of this, please make your final version of the poster available to us by September 21st latest, preferably as a PDF file. Please make sure that the file has sufficient resultion to be printed on a A0 format. Inkscape or Libre Office Impress are great tools to create your poster.
